Interviewed by LeadingLDS this morning (Facebook Live)

This morning I had the opportunity to be on LeadingLDS and share how bishops and local leaders can support and love missionaries who come home "early" from the mission.

It was a sweet opportunity to reminisce on my mission (next year will be 10 years since I left), share what I have learned, and (I hope) help local leaders know how to work with the early RMs in their wards. The tender mercy was that the Lord helped my words flow and after untold conversations on this topic and a hundred+ interviews, He helped bring to mind the pearls from those discussions for today's broadcast.
